The Continental Bank has instructed the agency to hold its General Assembly followed by a gala dinner in order to acquaint the shareholders, the evolution of Bank activities.

objectives

The main objectives of this General Assembly were: 

• Take stock of the bank's activities during the past year,
• Make the announcement of the change of the bank's brand name after the acquisition thereof by UBA

The General Meeting of Shareholders of Continental Bank, Benin, was held December 29, 2009 in Room VIVO of Benin Marina Hotel Cotonou. And the gala dinner in the same room the night of the General Assembly.
