Stephanie Dubois visits Dakar

Since 2008, the President of our Group, Isabelle Aimonetti, implements a strategy of network management which main goal is to move some team members in different locations abroad, for periods of 6 months.
Those selected people can thus better understand the new markets and their related issues, deepen network-bound ties with members of other agencies and countries and enrich their business vision through a national to panafrican path, foundation-idea of the AG Partners Group.
To meet a challenge made permanent, these intra-network breathe newcomers among us a spirit of conquest and self-transcendence.
Under
this management strategy in 2010, some branch managers will also go on
a mission, other than their own agencies in order to provide training
to employees. This is not more of a personal training business but a training team.
The
first such mission was conducted from 17 to 24 December 2009 in Dakar
by the AG Partners Paris Agency manager, Stéphanie Dubois.
The visit had the following objectives:
* Organize team building sessions,
* Remember the internal procedures of the Group
* Define the new business methodologies and Group
* Provide training.
To combine business with pleasure, the whole team met in Dakar afterwork at the Radisson Hotel to complete these sessions in beauty, in the spirit of the proper plural singularity AG Partners Group's proper plural singularity!
