July 15, 2009. Western Union launches the "Gold Card !" in Gabon
Transactions easier, faster and automated, this new electronic revolution will allow, among other things, all senders, customers worldwide leader in money transfer, substantial discounts on each transaction made on postage.
The holder of this card can earn points with each sending in order to convert them as needed and from a given threshold, in rebate on future shipping costs.
The launch was made today in Gabon, a pilot country in Africa.
This new program was designed to increase the frequency of use of Western Union services by customers and to reward loyalty. But also by offering transactions simpler, faster and automated.
